I've been back in Toronto for nearly two weeks and am so happy that the beautiful summer weather has continued throughout the month of September. While I have been slowly transitioning back into going to yoga everyday, I've been going out late night to run and the cool evenings have been incredible. Although I'm not a huge fan of the gym, I do love doing cardio indoors because it really allows me to zone out - unlike the busy downtown streets that require a significant amount of attention to where you're going (and the never ending stop lights). To make things easier, I've been getting in the hang of creating different playlists and started listening to one of my favourite artists, Ben Khan. Check out some of my favourite tracks, below.
